If Phase1 voting
trends appeared it was mostly a neck-to neck contest between SP-Congress
Alliance and BSP, Phase2 voting is most likely to see the Alliance leave the
field well and truly behind to surge ahead powered by Minorities support. From this point onwards, it should should leave no room to doubt that UP is essentially a no contest, with the SP-Congress Alliance sweeping the state with a Tsunami like wave.
The
districts that will vote in this phase include Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur,
Bareily, Bijnor and Saharanpur, where demographically minority population is
above 30 percent on several seats. Other districts going to polls in this phase
