The story of Dayanidhi Maran having more than 300 telephones looks unbelievable at first sight but triggers revulsion if conditioned by all the accusations of the 2G scam hurled at the DMK. Now Maran has sued the Indian Express and if the charge is proved unsubstantiated, Maran will take the Indian Express to the cleaners. Otherwise Maran will be toast politically.
Chennai: Dayanidhi Maran, the Textiles Minister and a senior leader of the DMK, has denied reports that he misused his office as Telecom Minister to establish a virtual telephone exchange of nearly 300 phone lines at his house which were then secretly made available for use to Sun TV, which is owned by his brother, Kalanidhi.
A statement from Mr Maran's lawyer also declared that he is suing a Tamil newspaper that has repeatedly reported that Mr Maran cost the country hundreds of crores through the alleged telecom scam.
Maran's defence is week.The CBI report clearly states that the lines were in the name of GM BSNL. So flaunting personal telephone bill cannot absolve him. One way is to find out whether the cables were actually laid.

There was always a suspicion of rapid growth of SUN when other TV empires were making losses.
Maran is suing wrong people Indian express ,Jayalalitha etc. He should actually sue CBI which prepared the report
Dhayanidhi maran appears to have favoured the malaysian Maxis.Maxis helped in investing in The Sun Group,in return for favours in terms of licences.Both Kalanidhi and Dhayanidhi marans' assets should be probed.Dhayanidhi has outplayed Kanimozhi and looted nearly Rs.700 crores from the public.It is good that the DMK was kicked out of power by the same people,they had elected them a few years ago.Truth and power do not go hand in hand.The right place for Dhayanidhi maran is jail.Under the coalition Govt,DMK is the only party which looted our country's limited resources.Very well planned.The Govt of India should be ruthless in bringing the looted money from DMK alone.It appears that we need not go anywhere,outside India to bring black money.DMK,The Sun Net work,Kalainger TV will be our future source of gold, for our country needs.The immediate task before the Central Govt is to seal the premises of Kalainger TV,Sun TV,spicejetetc.Govt should probe the assets of above mentioned companies.Individuals-like Karunanidhi,Dhayalu,M.K.Alagiri,Stalin,Kanimozhi,her present husband,Maran brothers should be probed by a powerful agency and find out the ill-gotten wealth.Let Karunanidhi and his family members become the first group of criminals and looters of public money to face the LokPal.After found guilty,all these looters should be in jail,permanently,followed by the confiscation of their legal and illegal wealth.Nobody should underestimate the value of Karuna's goldmine.Dig and dig.Keep on digging the goldmine.Crores will definitely be unearthed.This wealth is enough to feed our poor people.Who should and will do this himalayan task?I see only various manifestations of corruption.Justice continues to be elusive.I grope in dark for solutions.God should definitely help us.
